Sure, it looks bad for the Colts. And sure, my man Pete Prisco thinks they're done. They just might be. But there are two things that can save the Colts.
One, the division is atrocious. Absolutely horrible. Until the Houston Texans can prove they're not soft -- and that's what they are, soft -- they're beatable. The Jacksonville Jaguars destroyed their chances of winning by kicking David Garrard to the curb. They're toast too.
The Titans aren't quite ready yet, either.
Second, Kerry Collins is not horrible. That's not the greatest of compliments but it's accurate. The Colts will strip down that offense to its basics and Collins will be efficient. That's all he'll need to be is efficient, and the Colts can be a factor in that division.
Because it's awful.
So don't kill the Colts just yet.

Kerry Collins can winKerry Collins is a fairly smart quarterback who is in a system used to a smart qb. He isn't going to take risks, he's going to hand the ball off, hit the tight end and open receivers. He wouldn't be the choice i'd go with but I think he is a safe way to win8-9 games.

And you weren't a Vick fan until he landed in Philly...and he wouldn't be in Philly if it weren't for Tony Dungy, who by the way was the Colts coach when Peyton won his ring....and let's not even mention the fact that Vick only became a good passer while he was in jail, because he wasn't a great passer before hand....
